Pilgrim’s Pride partners with Meat Business Women

Pilgrim’s Pride Ltd. has announced a strategic partnership with female-led group Meat Business Women, giving women working at Pilgrim’s Pride access to a suite of career development tools and mentoring opportunities.

As a sponsor and strategic partner, Pilgrim’s Pride Ltd. will receive priority access to Meat Business Women’s programme of events, networking opportunities and mentorship schemes. It will also provide expertise and input into the group’s strategic direction and support its wider mission of raising the profile of women in the meat industry.

Chair of Meat Business Women, Laura Ryan, said they were delighted to be working more closely with the Piilgrim’s Pride team: “We know from speaking to hundreds of women in the global meat industry that networking and mentoring can make a huge difference to women’s career paths. It’s fantastic that Pilgrim’s Pride is investing proactively in the development of female talent and giving women throughout the business the tools they need to succeed.”
