Finishing Farms Manager

We are recruiting for a Finishing Farms Manager, a rare and exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Lincolnshire Pork Co team.

This position is based in North Lincolnshire and may be suited to someone currently working as a lead stockperson, a fieldsman or farm manager.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with practical pig experience to oversee our finishing operations, maintain high standards and drive performance. This is a hands-on management role, working alongside our finishing stockmen and third-party B&B growers. This role will report to the Senior Pig Manager and have supervisory responsibility for the growout team.

Key duties include: managing pig health & welfare, coordinating movements and feed, maintaining compliance, supervising staff and contributing to strategic planning.

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

• Salary £40,000/annum
