Prospects for the pig, poultry, beef and lamb sectors will come under the spotlight at the 2015 Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) Outlook Conference on February 11.
The conference – hosted by AHDB’s three livestock divisions, BPEX, EBLEX and DairyCo, as well as AHDB Market Intelligence (MI) – will be held at One Great George Street in Westminster.
Trade developments and emerging opportunities will be examined, with experts also giving an overview of the market outlook for each sector represented at the event.
AHDB MI market specialist manager Stephen Howarth said the event was a key fixture in the industry calendar, and the perfect platform for stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities in their respective sectors.
“Places are limited and I would urge all those interested in attending to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment,” he added.
AHDB chairman Peter Kendall will open the conference, which will also include keynote presentations on the potential for exports to the Far East, as well as developments and forecasting of consumer trends.
