Harbro Limited has announced the appointment of Faye Murch as pig commercial manager for England, further strengthening the company’s nutrition team.
Based in Nottinghamshire, Faye will provide technical support and advice to pig producers in England. She will also support regional pig specialists in England and promote Harbro’s nutritional expertise.
“We’re extremely pleased to appoint a person of Faye’s calibre for this role,” Harbro sales director Chris Baxter said. “She’s highly respected within the pig industry and with her drive, experience and in-depth knowledge of the home-mixing sector, she’ll be a great asset to Harbro’s team and to all our customers who will have access to her expertise in pig nutrition.”
Faye, who graduated from Wye College, University of London, with a BSc Hons in animal agriculture, added an MSc in pig science to her qualifications, awarded by Aberdeen University in 2000.
“I’m looking forward to my new role within Harbro,” she said. “Building strong customer relationships is key to the role, and I’m committed to delivering nutritional advice that brings tangible performance results to producers.”
