I am looking for a reliable and motivated full- time stockperson to join a small team on a progressive, high-welfare GMU unit.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a well-managed farm that prioritises animal welfare, stockmanship, and high production standards.
The role includes:
Daily care and welfare of pigs across all stages
Feeding, bedding, and health checks
Vaccinating and AI
Moving and handling pigs safely and calmly
Maintaining high biosecurity standards
General farm duties and record keeping
Weekend work and flexibility will be required
About You:
Previous pig experience preferred but not essential (training can be provided for the right candidate)
Machinery experience preferred but not essential (training can be provided for the right candidate)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good attention to detail
Calm and confident with the pigs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
