Our client is seeking a new breeding unit manager for their well-established family farming business in North Yorkshire.
About the producer:

The business is a multi-site indoor pig producer with a single breeding site and a number of in-house and contracted finishing sites.
The sow herd is currently running at 1400 sows, with further development planned over the next 2 years.
What they are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be dedicated and ambitious, with a passion for improvement and a willingness to work with technology on the farm.
Experience of liquid feed systems will be an advantage but training can be provided on the job.
