We have an exciting new job opportunity for a dedicated indoor pig stockperson to work predominantly within the weaner/grower section on a unit in Cornwall.

The chosen candidate will become a part of a successful settled team within a forward-thinking pig enterprise.

The unit is modern; the weaner/growers section is fully slatted with an automated feeding system.

Our client is looking for an individual who:

• Has good livestock knowledge
• Has pig husbandry skills
• Is passionate about the pig industry
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is willing to learn and get stuck in – the right attitude is key
• Has high welfare standards

There is great potential for progression with opportunities in other departments, and ongoing training will be given if required.

Salary guide: £20,000 – £28,000 doe

Hours: 7 am – 4 pm working every other weekend.
