We are recruiting for an Indoor Pig Stockperson for a unit in Cornwall (TR9).

The company is a well-known, well-established business that can offer many career opportunities.

The farm has 750 indoor sows on their breeding unit, producing 32kg weaners. The unit is fully slatted, with a computerised wet feeding system and dry-feed for the weaners.

They are looking for someone to assist in all areas of the unit.

Ideally, candidates will have one year + of pig experience, but those with less will also be considered as full training can be given.

Applicants need to demonstrate:

• Interest in animals & livestock
• High welfare standards
• Keenness to learn
• Team player qualities
• One year or more experience in pigs would be ideal

This is an excellent position for someone with aspirations to progress in their career.

Salary guide: £24,000+ DOE
